Where do I check in?
Event check-in begins at 6:00pm and will be located in the entrance of the bookstore. While we wait for the event to begin, browse available backlist titles by the author, titles by our in-conversation partner, which both authors will sign in the signing line after the event.
When will I receive my books?
A copy of the new book is included with your ticket and you will receive it at check-in. Following the event, Ariel Lawhon will be available to sign your copyadditional titles will be available for signing and purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: The authors will not be able to accommodate signing any copies of book brought from home so please refrain from bringing them to the event.
Are drinks allowed?
No outside beverages or food are allowed in the theater other than water bottles.
I can no longer attend the event. How can I get my books?
We have reached the cutoff deadline for ticket refunds, however, due to the change in venue, if you are not able to attend please let us know and we can provide you a refund and extend your ticket to the waitlist.
If you are no longer able to attend the event and would still like to receive a copy of your signed book that is included with your ticket, email alison@clearysbookstore.com. Your book will be available for pick-up at Cleary's Bookstore on September 24th or can be mailed to you if you are not local to the Charlotte Metro area.
